Garena Gaming Arena will be a new bar and gaming hall serving the Madison community in Wisconsin. The main game at Garena will be foosball or table football. The game traces its origins to 1920 Germany, it involves two or four players who test their skills, motive, and willingness to have fun. Male subjects are the most players of table football as it is an exciting alternative to pool table games. Men always look for a game that sharpens any of their skills as they pass time at the bar. Around Madison, there are several bars with pool tables but few with football tables even though the demand is apparent because anywhere there is a football table there are always people in line waiting to play. It is rare to find a free football table. At Garena bar, we intend to meet this kind of demand in Madison and its environment. In addition to providing the football tables for casual play, Garena will serve food, soft drinks, and alcohol as well as organizing football table tournaments.
Introduction
Garena Gaming Arena will be Liability Limited Company (LLC) registered in Wisconsin. It will entirely deal with foosball gaming and eatery services. The choice for an LLC business structure is to shield the proprietor from any future company liabilities. Although I intend to involve investors in the funding of the startup, I will remain the majority shareholder. Before the business begins its operations, certain expenses will be necessary for footing. These expenses include foosball tables in which the business will need 10 pieces at $3,000 per table and a 6 by 4-foot whiteboard for organizing the tournaments. Second, lightings for lighting the play table even though the chosen location has sufficient natural and artificial lighting. Third, furniture such as stools, tables, and countertop chairs. Furniture is necessary for providing non-player customers with a comfortable sitting area where they can relax and socialize as they drink or eat. Fourth, kitchen equipment is necessary for serving the bar menu and liquid refreshments. These items include plates, glasses, silverware, refrigerator, oven, and dispensers for both soft and alcoholic drinks. The fifth is the expense associated with ease of doing business, which is legal, and consultation fees. Finally, expenses associated with marketing the business such as designing brochures and developing a website. Customer Analysis
Garena will target two population segments. First, the segment of the population likes playing table games such as football tables and pool in a bar setting. These types of customers enjoy playing games as they consume a beverage and socialize with friends. This category of customers is the majority in Madison. According to Stebbinsrant & Suneson (2018), Madison has one of the highest drinking rates in the US, about 25.6% of adults drink compared to a countrywide average of 18%. A significant proportion of the drinking population are students from the University of Wisconsin. The second target group of consumers are gaming enthusiasts who are addicted to playing foosball. They will be attracted to the bar given that Garena will be organizing foosball tournaments regularly. When they come to the bar, they are likely to have soft drinks, alcohol, or food.

In addition to offering drinks, Garena also offers foosball gaming services. Although most people do not know, foosball is played at a professional level. Several games are organized at an international, national and regional level.
